This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Accountable for managing clinical quality and administrative functions in Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
• Assessing adherence to both local and federal regulations.
• Tracking quality metrics and patient experience data.
• Collaborating with clinical and medical personnel at the center.
• Ensuring that employee records are complete and that staff training is current.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Preparing and submitting weekly reports to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.
• Valid RN license.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in ambulatory surgery centers.
• Experience as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% for assigned tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and reasoning capabilities.
• Must be a registered nurse with extensive experience in clinical quality and safety.
• Understanding of patient safety standards.
• Capability to supervise compliance with regulations and standards.
• Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in ambulatory surgery centers.
