Director, Clinical Quality, Training, Oversight and Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the comprehensive clinical quality strategy and direction for the organization.

• Oversee the creation and execution of all clinical training and quality management for data abstraction.

• Act as a subject matter expert in risk-adjustment and HEDIS.

• Responsible for training all internal personnel, partners, and vendors on a global scale.

• Manage the execution of all Joint Quality Audit processes.

• Work in collaboration with the Innovation team to explore new market capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN license is mandatory.

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required.

• At least 6 years of high-level management experience, ideally in a Director position or higher.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality and/or compliance roles.

• At least 5 years’ experience in medical coding.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in adult learning and training.
