This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel DaVita’s strategy for value-based care aimed at patients with chronic kidney disease and kidney failure.
• Assess the effectiveness and scalability of field initiatives while preparing markets for new integrated care programs.
• Collaborate with key teams throughout the Village to implement the strategy.
• Coordinate frontline and field leadership teams to provide integrated care for ESKD patients.
• Create scalable solutions and build consensus around recommendations.
• Review current initiatives to pinpoint opportunities for improving clinical outcomes and decreasing total care costs.
• Perform gap analysis for processes or products that could enhance clinical quality and teammate efficiency.
• Evaluate suggestions from field teammates and business stakeholders.
• Utilize an iterative approach for testing and continuous enhancement.
• Develop cutting-edge IT systems for teammates as an integrated care thought leader.
• Conduct hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and formulate business recommendations.
• Lead the development, piloting, deployment, and outcome measurement for IKC Care Model processes and workflows.
• Create complex models and undertake financial planning and analysis.
• Present findings in cohesive narratives and summarize analytical insights.
• Transform complex business challenges into impactful narratives.
• Cultivate consensus for proven best practices among stakeholders.
• Travel about 15% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 6 years of experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking, or a corporate strategy role is preferred.
• Recent experience in value-based care is preferred.
• Demonstrated interest and/or experience in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
• Preferred strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Highly collaborative with an ability to effect change.
• Capability to recognize, prioritize, and evaluate workload and growth opportunities.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution capabilities to achieve results.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple projects with various teams effectively.
