Associate Clinical Director – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary clinician and engagement manager for clients

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators

• Identify opportunities to enhance client care

• Utilize clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to pinpoint critical issues and engage leading experts

• Guide patients towards optimized care plans

• Investigate specialized diagnostic and treatment alternatives beyond the current standard of care

• Oversee complex medical issues and coordinate client care

• Facilitate access to the best diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options available globally

• Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system

• Offer high-level clinical management and education to clients and their families

• Collaborate with clinical and research teams to identify the latest therapies and provide insights on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials

• Coordinate collaboration with external care providers and interdisciplinary resources

• Build networks with key opinion leaders

• Supervise other clinical staff for specific cases or service lines

⛳️ Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in your state of residence

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in an oncology and/or hematology setting where meticulous assessment and critical thinking are essential

• Outstanding client-facing abilities, including executive-level written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail and organization, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure

• Strong clinical curiosity and the capability to think innovatively and tackle complex problems

• Technologically adept and comfortable using various tech platforms for efficient documentation and communication with colleagues

• Experience in oncology paired with another complex discipline is a notable advantage
