This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Design and implement a field adoption roadmap for clinical initiatives that aligns with the village clinical strategy.
• Partner with clinical strategy teams, training and education teams, learning and development teams, clinical services teams, field operations teams, marketing, and ATC lane to ensure impactful initiatives, deployment, and sustained field adoption.
• Establish and maintain processes for field manager and leadership management to facilitate ongoing adoption of the clinical strategy and evaluate the impact on capacity for new clinical initiatives.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the team, overseeing performance development, management, retention, team assignments, and colleague relations.
• Collaborate closely with your managers to foster a culture that prioritizes patient safety, compliance, and positive outcomes.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel may be required up to 20% of the time, with typical travel ranging from 5-10%.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations/healthcare management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, MHA) along with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience.
• Proven experience in the healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare sectors.
• Expertise in value-based healthcare programs, strategies, and accountable care models.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a comfort in navigating ambiguity and the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a history of building relationships and earning trust and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Capability to merge strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve significant results.
