This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Manage executive-level relationships for strategic accounts in the healthcare sector.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews, renewal negotiations, and consistent executive engagement.
• Actively track client health, adoption rates, satisfaction levels, and retention patterns.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Recognize growth opportunities while addressing client risks and promoting long-term retention.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or services related to healthcare clients.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise or strategic accounts involving complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a background in healthcare, business, or technical fields is preferred.
