This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) automation process, including the preparation of slides and commentary.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate regular weekly and monthly client reporting.
• Manage the RFP data function by delivering analysis, benchmarks, and data insights to the Sales and proposal teams.
• Develop and maintain a standardized system for client SLAs and assess new SLA requests.
• Establish and uphold essential external metrics for Sales, Customer Success, RFP responses, and QBRs.
• Effectively communicate Foodsmart’s clinical ROI narrative in QBRs and client discussions.
• Serve as the data consultant supporting Foodsmart’s external communications.
• Work in collaboration with analytics specialists focused on member engagement and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership as a dedicated analytical lead.
• Present QBRs, assist sales calls with data, and respond to technical inquiries from clients and prospects.
• Report directly to the VP of Analytics & Data Science.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Over 12 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, including client-facing or external-facing reporting.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within another healthtech organization.
• Proven experience in supporting RFP processes with data and analysis, particularly in healthcare, Medicaid, or payer-related contexts.
• Background in developing or managing SLA frameworks, with a clear perspective on structuring one.
• Proficient in discussing clinical ROI and outcomes methodology at a business level.
• Experience collaborating directly with Sales and Customer Success leadership in an analytical capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of Python.
• Proven experience with dbt at a production level, including source and metric modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer design.
• Familiarity with context engineering for business intelligence and AI self-service, encompassing semantic layer definitions, metric descriptions, and data model documentation.
• Production-level fluency with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Hex AI Agent, Omni AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in automating recurring reporting tasks using AI or workflow tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven narratives to external, non-technical audiences.
