This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and nurture Channel Systems Engineers who support strategic partners.
• Provide consistent technical assistance, solution architecture, and design guidance.
• Establish clear expectations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a culture centered on partner success and disciplined performance.
• Act as the main technical liaison among Field Sales, Alliances, and Partner SE teams.
• Ensure that every significant opportunity has a cohesive technical and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Define roles, ownership, and escalation processes to minimize friction and redundancy.
• Spearhead channel SE strategy across a specific region or segment.
• Align technical engagement with organizational objectives, partner GTM activities, and market trends.
• Convert strategy into repeatable execution frameworks and promote operational excellence.
• Set the technical standards for channel SE engagement in areas such as resilience, cyber recovery, and platform architectures.
• Ensure teams can clearly explain how resilient, secure, and governed data supports cloud, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Assist in executive discussions with partners and customers regarding cyber risk and modernization efforts.
• Provide insights from the field to shape product and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Channels, Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Enhance strategic partner relationships and facilitate joint solutions alongside complex opportunities.
• Represent channel SE leadership in executive forums.
• Exhibit a robust understanding of data resilience, AI readiness, and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) concepts.
• Link data security, governance, and resilience to enterprise risk and the integrity of AI.
• Over 15 years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology.
• More than 8 years of experience leading managers or senior technical professionals.
• Demonstrated success in influencing within matrixed organizations and partner ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure, data platforms, security, and resilience.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills with experience engaging C-suite executives.
• Willingness to travel between 50–70% of the time.
