Director, Change Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Reporting directly to the Vice President of Planning & Implementation.

• Lead the formulation and execution of the change strategy for the enterprise ERP transformation, ensuring effective adoption throughout the organization.

• Accountable for designing and implementing a comprehensive change readiness strategy, which includes stakeholder engagement, communication initiatives, and strategies for behavior change.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of eight to twelve years (8–12+) of experience in organizational change management, communications, or leadership roles in transformation.

• Demonstrated experience in leading change strategies for large-scale transformations within healthcare environments.

• Experience in driving change within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

• Proven ability to collaborate with implementation vendors, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders.

• Extensive knowledge of established change methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter’s 8-Step Process, with the capacity to tailor frameworks to the specific organizational context.

• Experience working with external implementation vendors and consulting firms.

• Preferred: A Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or a related field) is preferred.

• Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, or Kotter Change certification).

• Experience with ERP implementations (Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) in a healthcare context.
