This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Builds and nurtures relationships at senior levels within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
• Develops connections to enhance intra-client opportunities.

• Creates tailored sales presentations and drafts proposals.
• Formulates research plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.

• Contributes individual account insights to the forecasting process.
• Establishes and manages the sales cycle for clients.
• Collaborates directly with subject matter experts throughout the sales process.
• Exhibits initiative in pursuing ongoing professional development.
• Oversees the engagement of select business partners.
• Guarantees successful onboarding of new programs.
• Serves as a liaison between clients and operations.
• Collects information, analyzes market dynamics, and formulates strategies.
• Responsible for managing designated accounts.
• Identifies sales opportunities and addresses leads and referrals.
• Comprehends customers’ business strategies and objectives.
• Ensures effective management of internal processes for opportunity identification, structuring, and execution.
• Maintains precise prospect and client information.
• Extensive training in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in consultative selling for high-end life sciences products.
• Dynamic skills in customer relations.
• Proven track record of functioning as a business manager.
• Excellent long-term strategic thinker; practical in approach.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities in financial modeling; proficient in profitability calculations.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient computer skills necessary for effective operation within company systems and programs.
