This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily implementation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and divestitures throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, which includes sourcing evaluation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.

• Manage cross-functional teams in the initiation, assessment, and execution of intricate transactions.

• Conduct strategic evaluations of market opportunities by supervising thorough financial modeling, valuation analyses, and risk/return assessments.

• Facilitate cross-functional diligence workstreams involving Legal, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Information & Technology.

• Collaborate with external advisors to steer negotiations, oversee deal timelines, and ensure successful transaction outcomes.

• Develop and deliver executive-level decision materials, offering actionable insights and recommendations to the ELC, CEO, CFO, CSO, and board for system-level approval.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in an M&A role and/or in the healthcare industry.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (mandatory).

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification (preferred).

• ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) certification (preferred).

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification (preferred).

• CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) certification (preferred).

• Skills: Expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development, Divestitures, Joint Ventures, Financial Modeling, Negotiation, Budgeting & Financial Acumen, Data Analysis, and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
