This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate innovative, thought-provoking, and essential “must-have insights” content.
• Cultivate new insights and concepts through thought leadership that aligns with client requirements.
• Perform comprehensive analyses to pinpoint client obstacles and guide strategic direction.
• Offer compelling insights to advance Gartner's research agenda.
• Investigate market trends and forecasts for actionable insights.
• Produce high-quality presentation materials for Gartner events.
• Provide sales support and regularly engage clients with Gartner insights.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant industry or field experience.
• Direct experience in leading Research and Development teams that create physical products in manufacturing-intensive sectors (e.g., industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense, automotive).
• Understanding of portfolio strategy and management across R&D initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI and digital transformation methodologies.
• Knowledge of tech market coverage for R&D digital tools.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis.
• Solid business and financial insight.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
