This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop an outbound analyst relations strategy, including the classification of firms and analysts
• Implement a structured outbound analyst relations initiative featuring proactive, results-driven communications
• Establish and strengthen connections with key analysts from leading firms through personalized engagement
• Create volume-driven communication programs tailored for second- and third-tier analysts
• Nurture analysts as positive advocates
• Utilize analysts for reprints, sponsored whitepapers, surveys, speaking opportunities, and webcasts
• Act as a credible spokesperson for the company within the analyst community
• Relay pertinent company updates, information, and product advancements to analysts
• Offer executive communication assistance through presentations, briefings, and talking points
• Extract relevant insights and data from analyst reports and surveys
• Oversee the analyst evaluation calendar and strategic approach
• Manage Solace's involvement and positioning in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, and similar reports
• Coordinate analyst briefings, submissions, demonstrations, and fact-check responses
• Supervise the analyst relations budget and relationships with analyst firms
• Handle subscriptions, inquiry/advisory seats, and contract renewals with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other organizations
• Optimize spending on analyst relations in line with program priorities
• Summarize content from analyst reports and disseminate insights across the organization
• Collaborate with marketing, development, product management, alliances, and sales teams
• At least 8 years of experience in communications within the high-tech sector
• A minimum of 5 years in analyst relations at technology firms
• Proven track record of successfully representing high technology companies to the analyst community in competitive settings
• Capability to engage with and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, including executives
• Strong technical aptitude
• Ability to swiftly extract, synthesize, and communicate key information from various sources
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
