This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop innovative and thought-provoking research that offers compelling, objective, and actionable insights for Gartner clients.
• Generate fresh insights and concepts through thought leadership initiatives.
• Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint the root causes of clients’ challenges or overall requirements.
• Monitor and collaborate closely with vendors, as well as emerging technologies and practices.
• Offer personalized advice grounded in both quantitative and qualitative data tailored to specific client roles.
• Create and present high-value materials for both on-stage and off-stage engagements.
• Support sales efforts by acting as the market voice to assist BTI teams in content creation and client engagement.
• Ensure high-quality and timely peer reviews of content.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert to convey Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Actively engage in discussions related to innovation, ideation, and research.
• Identify avenues for research process enhancements and/or develop new methodologies that enable the team to provide exceptional service.
• Act as a mentor and coach to support junior team members.
• A Bachelor's degree along with 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of core Learning and Development (L&D) platforms and technologies is crucial.
• A comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) as leaders within organizations.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing HR technology strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives within enterprise settings.
• Extensive first-hand awareness of the HR technology landscape.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior-level audiences.
