• Provide high-quality and actionable advice through diverse media channels.
• Produce insightful and pragmatic research that is both clear and actionable.
• Ensure timely and high-quality peer review of research content.
• Develop and present engaging materials for webinars, onsite events, and Gartner conferences.
• Monitor vendors, market dynamics, and emerging industry practices.
• Offer exceptional sales support to sustain and expand the Gartner business.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research effectively.
• Identify opportunities for research process enhancements or create new methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Proven experience in Data Integration and Engineering projects.
• Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or over 10 years of relevant experience in Data Management.
• Expertise in Data Integration and Data Engineering areas.
• Knowledge of data integration technologies and market landscapes.
• Understanding of the data ecosystem and data management platforms.
• Familiarity with dataOps methodologies for agile engineering practices.
• Practical experience with Data Integration and Engineering tools is advantageous.
• Awareness of Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) initiatives and business value ROI.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
