Director, AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform Net at Work into an AI-driven organization across all business units and shared service departments.

• Spearhead the enablement and re-engineering of workflows based on the possibilities presented by AI.

• Implement virtual workers with defined responsibilities and oversight.

• Cultivate AI expertise throughout the organization via role-specific training and champions within each function.

• Assess adoption through actual usage metrics.

• Set quantifiable operating leverage targets, establish baselines, and validate results through the Finance department.

• Create and maintain the internal tool stack, standards, and use-case pipeline.

• Achieve improvements in capacity creation, reduction of cycle times, enhancement of quality, and margin increases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in directing AI implementation from inception to production within an actual operating environment; no alternatives accepted.

• Strong expertise in applied AI, encompassing large language models, agentic workflows, automation, and integration.

• A minimum of 10 years in operations, transformation, consulting, or technology leadership roles.

• Experience in driving organizational change across an entire company rather than within a single function.

• Demonstrated experience in process redesign, including mapping current processes, designing enhancements, and achieving user adoption.

• Quantifiable operating results verified by the Finance team.

• Exceptional change management abilities, including influencing without formal authority.

• Credibility to engage and bring along departments that may be skeptical.

• Readiness to operate at a fast pace.

• Customer consent may be necessary for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.

• Valuable, but not mandatory: background in professional services or consulting, ERP or CRM implementation experience, familiarity with EOS, or experience in a private equity-backed firm.
