This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the company's AI transformation strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, operational plans, and the long-term vision.
• Create and manage an AI transformation roadmap, balancing immediate achievements with strategic investments for the future.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to convert business priorities into AI-driven opportunities.
• Oversee headcount planning and the recruitment strategy for AI teams.
• Establish procedures for the intake, prioritization, and allocation of resources for AI projects.
• Identify, prioritize, and assess high-impact AI use cases throughout the organization.
• Develop and oversee budgets related to AI, including tools, vendors, experimentation, and enablement initiatives.
• Ensure that decisions are informed by data with clearly defined KPIs.
• Serve as a prominent AI advocate within the organization.
• Simplify complex AI concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Inspire enthusiasm while maintaining credibility and realism.
• Continuously test and explore emerging AI tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Identify AI tools and services that should be integrated into our company.
• Share insights and findings promptly and practically with teams.
• Guarantee that AI adoption is secure, compliant, and responsible by implementing governance policies.
• Balance risk management considerations with the need for speed and usability.
• Assist in defining frameworks that promote innovation.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, their capabilities, and limitations in the current landscape.
• Experience in managing organizational budgets effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence at the executive level.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks and policies.
• Demonstrated capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• A deep curiosity and a hands-on approach toward emerging technology.
• A background in strategy, operations, technology leadership, or consulting is preferred.
