Director – AI Solutions Advisors

📋 Description

• Develop, Lead, and Enhance a High-Performing AI Advisor Team

• Act as a Player/Coach: Engage Strategically in the Field to Secure Major Deals

• Establish a Repeatable Value-Selling Framework (utilizing Deal Reviews as the Coaching Mechanism)

• Execute Independent Enablement Initiatives (Sales Excellence at Scale)

• Propel Product-Market Fit through Robust Feedback Loops Across the Organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in public sector sales as an Individual Contributor, concentrating on SaaS, Data, Cloud, or other enterprise solutions

• 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, overseeing a team with a strong record of quota achievement

• Extensive, proven experience in public sector enterprise sales, including procurement processes, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and government change management dynamics

• Demonstrated success in bringing new solutions to market (0→1 or significant new product line/segment launch)

• Proven capability to build and manage high-performing enterprise sales teams (preferably with 5+ sellers)

• Strong history of forecast accuracy and rigorous pipeline management

• Expertise in value selling and coaching through structured deal reviews; ability to impart knowledge on ROI and outcome-based selling

• Comfortable operating as both a player and coach, strategically engaging in the field to finalize complex deals
