β’ Develop, Lead, and Enhance a High-Performing AI Advisor Team
β’ Act as a Player/Coach: Engage Strategically in the Field to Secure Major Deals
β’ Establish a Repeatable Value-Selling Framework (utilizing Deal Reviews as the Coaching Mechanism)
β’ Execute Independent Enablement Initiatives (Sales Excellence at Scale)
β’ Propel Product-Market Fit through Robust Feedback Loops Across the Organization
β’ 5-10 years of experience in public sector sales as an Individual Contributor, concentrating on SaaS, Data, Cloud, or other enterprise solutions
β’ 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, overseeing a team with a strong record of quota achievement
β’ Extensive, proven experience in public sector enterprise sales, including procurement processes, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and government change management dynamics
β’ Demonstrated success in bringing new solutions to market (0β1 or significant new product line/segment launch)
β’ Proven capability to build and manage high-performing enterprise sales teams (preferably with 5+ sellers)
β’ Strong history of forecast accuracy and rigorous pipeline management
β’ Expertise in value selling and coaching through structured deal reviews; ability to impart knowledge on ROI and outcome-based selling
β’ Comfortable operating as both a player and coach, strategically engaging in the field to finalize complex deals
