This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and oversee the AI alignment, roadmap, and execution portfolio for the Operations & Service Delivery division.
• Spearhead AI strategy, governance, prioritization, and execution in alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
• Create and administer the AI roadmap, focusing on use-case identification, investment prioritization, implementation planning, and measuring business outcomes.
• Assess and rank AI opportunities based on business value, operational impact, scalability, feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
• Direct the implementation of operational policies and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Propel AI-driven workflow transformation, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for evaluating workflow health, operational performance, adoption rates, and business results.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration of analytics and business performance data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI Strategy teams to provide scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead cross-functional governance, operational rhythms, and delivery reviews.
• Develop frameworks, standards, best practices, and governance processes for responsible AI.
• Foster organizational AI fluency through enablement programs, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team responsible for AI program execution, operational enablement, and business transformation.
• Counsel senior leaders on AI enablement, operational transformation, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and varied schedules as necessary.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree and over 10 years of progressive experience in operations, process improvement, operational transformation, business strategy, product operations, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Proven experience in leading strategic portfolios, roadmaps, and large-scale operational transformation initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and drive alignment within a large, matrixed organization.
• Capacity to balance innovation, operational rigor, risk management, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-, data-, and analytics-driven initiatives.
• Experience in establishing performance metrics, dashboards, governance structures, and measurement practices.
• Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams, mentoring leaders and contributors, building capabilities, and promoting innovation, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Consistent application of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and varied schedules as necessary.
• Applicants may qualify through a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience in lieu of the stated degree.
