This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Momentive Context Library, encompassing its architecture, taxonomy, content standards, and centralized organizational knowledge.
• Collaborate with AI Operations Hub spoke leads to organize and maintain content owned by the department.
• Establish technical review criteria and quality benchmarks for AI agents, skills, and connectors.
• Oversee the technical review and approval process for agents submitted via the AI Operations Hub.
• Create guidelines for agent development, design patterns, and reusable templates.
• Identify systemic quality concerns, failure modes, and emerging risks within the agent portfolio.
• Design and develop AI agents, skills, connectors, and tools for AI Operations.
• Prototype and assess agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and tooling strategies.
• Provide guidance to spoke teams on AI solution architecture, design, troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, and security.
• Manage production standards related to environment configuration, observability, access controls, and incident response.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on platform and infrastructure decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and vendor solutions.
• Align AI automation with the enterprise application portfolio and governance standards.
• Create technical reference materials, design pattern libraries, and decision-making guides.
• Conduct focused technical training and workshops.
• Connect spoke teams with shared use cases, reusable patterns, and previous work.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing and constructing software or AI systems.
• A minimum of 3 years working directly with large language models, AI agents, and production AI deployments.
• Extensive practical knowledge of AI agent architectures, LLM APIs, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Expert-level understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool utilization and function calling, context window management, and agent evaluation methodologies.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents in production settings.
• Familiarity with deployment architecture, observability, access controls, and failure management.
• Experience in designing or overseeing shared knowledge repositories, context management systems, or information architectures for AI systems.
• Knowledge of AI risks, agent failure testing, and graceful degradation.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Azure OpenAI Service, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical leadership audiences.
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF and responsible AI principles.
• Experience establishing standards in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and a commitment to remaining current in a rapidly evolving field.
