This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage executive relationships across a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of accountability for client outcomes, satisfaction, and growth.
• Collaborate to create and implement account strategies that enhance Valiantys' presence in SDLC tooling (Atlassian, GitHub/GitLab), AI-enhanced delivery, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the solution development for intricate pursuits by working internally to define the scope of DevOps, platform engineering, and AI-augmented SDLC engagements.
• Design and articulate target architectures that encompass CI/CD, security, compliance, resilience, and AI copilots integrated into the delivery lifecycle.
• Oversee delivery quality in collaboration with engagement managers; step in during escalations and maintain architectural integrity.
• Represent Valiantys at executive briefings, QBRs, industry events, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
• Mentor consultants and architects, playing a vital role in the development of Valiantys' practice in AI-enabled SDLC and DevOps.
• More than 10 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology roles, including at least 5 years in client-facing leadership positions (Client Partner, Engagement Director, or similar).
• Expertise in SDLC: a proven history of modernizing software delivery lifecycles, including requirements, source control, CI/CD, test automation, release management, and value stream metrics.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery: a demonstrated ability to integrate AI/LLM capabilities (such as code assistants, agentic workflows, AI-driven testing, intelligent ITSM) into enterprise SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Background as a DevOps Solution Architect: practical or architectural expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, container platforms (Kubernetes/EKS), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), and observability tools.
• Knowledge of infrastructure: a solid foundation in cloud and platform infrastructure, including networking, identity, security, scalability, and reliability engineering at an enterprise scale.
• AWS certifications: current AWS certification required — at least AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent in Azure or GCP.
• Proven capability to manage multi-million-dollar account portfolios and complex pursuits.
• Exceptional executive communication, commercial insight, and consultative selling abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an advantage.
