This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assemble and guide a high-performing AI Delivery team.
• Transform approved business requirements into validated, production-ready AI solutions within set timelines.
• Take ownership of the delivery intake acceptance at the Business Requirements Review Gate.
• Verify scope, sizing, feasibility, and readiness prior to the commencement of delivery work.
• Return requirements for revision when they are not ready for delivery.
• Deliver solutions in accordance with the enterprise AI governance framework.
• Integrate ethics, security, and compliance requirements from the initial conception phase.
• Coordinate handoffs from delivery to the Platform and Adoption pillars.
• Provide transition packages that ensure operational readiness and rollout without the need for rework.
• Establish and uphold quality standards for AI solution development.
• Ensure thorough technical validation through dedicated quality control engineering reviews.
• Design and enhance delivery methodologies that balance speed with sustainability.
• Create collaborative frameworks between AI Delivery and AI Navigators.
• Develop transition protocols that include technical specifications, solution design documentation, architectural decisions, and success criteria.
• Maintain gate readiness, documented handoffs, and current status in the system of record.
• Create metrics and reporting that address business value, adoption rates, velocity improvements, and quality indicators.
• Develop talent development programs and career paths within AI delivery teams.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience leading AI/ML delivery teams in enterprise settings.
• Proven success in establishing delivery methodologies that balance innovation velocity with technical quality.
• In-depth technical knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Microsoft Azure, application architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Practical experience in designing and delivering secure, scalable applications in collaboration with platform and infrastructure teams.
• Experience in building and leading geographically distributed technical teams across various time zones and cultural contexts.
• Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to business audiences and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and business functions.
• Experience in data center operations, infrastructure projects, or construction management is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in high-velocity environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
• Travel may be required up to 10%, with the potential for increase over time.
• Ability to occasionally perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, or kneeling.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
