
Director, AI and Technology β Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Transform growth, client service, and operational priorities into technology specifications, workflows, user requirements, and implementation strategies.
β’ Organize technology-driven workstreams and monitor progress in relation to priorities.
β’ Liaise with business stakeholders, IT, shared services, and external partners.
β’ Facilitate Salesforce enablement for growth, account visibility, relationship intelligence, resource planning, and reporting.
β’ Specify Salesforce fields, workflows, data collection, dashboards, reporting inputs, and enhancements to user experience.
β’ Assist data quality initiatives and integrate Salesforce workflows with operational rhythms and reporting demands.
β’ Identify, prioritize, test, refine, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows.
β’ Manage third-party vendors regarding requirements, testing, feedback, issue resolution, implementation, and deliverables.
β’ Create user guidance, training materials, workflow documentation, and support for adoption.
β’ Collect user feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Map workflows to minimize manual effort, duplication, and ambiguity in ownership.
β’ Integrate data logic across Salesforce, reporting tools, AI workflows, and knowledge management systems.
β’ Enhance workflows and data for accounting planning, business development support, reporting, and leadership visibility.
β’ 8β10 years of experience in business systems, technology enablement, operations, revenue operations, CRM operations, AI workflow enablement, consulting operations, or related domains.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
β’ Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, encompassing workflow enhancement, reporting inputs, adoption support, or gathering business requirements.
β’ Proficiency in translating business needs into requirements for technical teams or external partners.
β’ Experience in supporting technology implementation, system improvements, user testing, training, or adoption initiatives.
β’ Preference for experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge management systems, or workflow enhancement tools.
β’ Background in professional services, consulting, executive search, leadership advisory, or another relationship-oriented business is essential.
β’ Capacity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical partners.
β’ Systems-oriented mindset connecting tools, data, workflows, and user behavior.
β’ Strong project management skills, including tracking workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and follow-through.
β’ Sound judgment regarding usability, adoption, confidentiality, and business impact.
β’ Ability to clearly communicate technical or workflow topics to non-technical users.
β’ Interest in AI, technology-driven workflows, and professional services technology.
β’ Collaborative, service-oriented, practical, and solutions-driven approach.
