This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interpret growth, client-service, and operational priorities into technology specifications, workflows, user requirements, and implementation strategies.
• Organize technology-driven workstreams while monitoring priorities, progress, dependencies, testing requirements, and rollout plans.
• Act as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT departments, shared services, and external partners.
• Facilitate Salesforce enablement to enhance growth, account visibility, relationship insights, resource planning, and reporting.
• Specify needs for Salesforce fields, workflows, data collection, dashboards, reporting metrics, and improvements in user experience.
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven tools in business development, knowledge management, account intelligence, reporting, and client-service processes.
• Convert AI opportunities into workflows, prompts, testing strategies, feedback mechanisms, and adoption resources.
• Manage collaboration with third-party vendors on requirements, testing, feedback, issue resolution, implementation, deliverables, and follow-up.
• Create user guidance, training materials, workflow documentation, and adoption support for newly introduced or enhanced tools.
• Collect user feedback, pinpoint friction points, and assist in strategic rollout and change management planning.
• Map existing workflows and identify chances to minimize manual tasks, duplication, or unclear ownership.
• Integrate data logic across Salesforce, reporting tools, AI-driven workflows, and knowledge management systems.
• Foster ongoing improvements in data, workflows, and processes that enhance accounting planning, business development support, reporting, and leadership visibility.
• 8–10 years of experience in business systems, technology enablement, operations, revenue operations, CRM operations, AI workflow enablement, consulting operations, or related domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce, including workflow enhancements, reporting metrics, adoption support, or gathering business requirements.
• Capability to translate business demands into specifications for technical teams or external partners.
• Proven success in supporting technology implementations, system upgrades, user testing, training, or adoption initiatives.
• Preference for experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge management systems, or workflow enhancement tools.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, executive search, leadership advisory, or another relationship-driven business is required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical partners.
• Systems-oriented mindset that connects tools, data, workflows, and user behaviors.
• Disciplined project management across various workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Strong judgment regarding usability, adoption, confidentiality, and business impact.
• Ability to communicate technical or workflow concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Interest in AI, technology-driven workflows, and enhancing professional services work.
