Director – Accreditation and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Direct the accreditation department and various CE Provider Units within the organization.

• Supervise the team's interprofessional instructional design for impactful educational initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements set by all accreditation bodies.

• Implement and enhance accreditation procedures for all continuing education activities organized by the company.

• Monitor, track, and meet all accreditation standards and processes.

• Build, facilitate, and manage relationships with expert faculty members.

• Collaborate with both internal personnel and external professionals to meet accreditation obligations.

• Organize and execute all accreditation procedures related to pertinent activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• Up-to-date knowledge of accreditation standards and current industry challenges.

• Proven experience across all aspects of CE accreditation and compliance, with a preference for candidates who have successfully managed multiple accreditations.

• Hands-on experience with data submissions, credit tracking, and compliance for JA-PARS, MOC, CE broker, and specialty boards.

• Thorough, current understanding of Joint Accreditation criteria, including ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC requirements.

• Proven track record in assessing joint providership eligibility, coordinating Letters of Agreement (LOAs), managing compliance, and overseeing invoicing for external strategic alliances.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Capable of multitasking and effectively managing various projects simultaneously.
