Director, Accounts Receivable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the strategic and operational oversight of Accounts Receivable functions within the revenue cycle.

• Ensure that outstanding accounts are resolved promptly while maximizing cash flow.

• Propel performance in key metrics such as Net AR Days, aging reduction, and resolution of high-dollar accounts.

• Execute process enhancements to improve efficiency and precision.

• Conduct team huddles to effectively address new or evolving training priorities, fostering team member growth and development.

• Oversee on-floor progress and monitor accounts worked for quality assurance purposes.

• Demonstrated leadership and operational proficiency in Accounts Receivable processes.

• Capability to influence stakeholders for tangible improvements in financial results and client satisfaction.

• Experience in supervising AR teams, overseeing daily workflows, and managing escalations from clients and payers.

• Skill in analyzing the root causes of delays to formulate corrective measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of AR strategies with organizational objectives.

• Guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and utilize data analytics to monitor trends and predict performance.
