This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Lead and cultivate a high-achieving Account Management team
• Take ownership of the strategy and governance for the Cell & Gene Therapy Center of Excellence
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for clients
• Propel portfolio expansion, client retention, renewals, and contract negotiations
• Maintain P&L accountability for the account portfolio
• Convert market demands into logistics solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Set and track KPIs for client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Over 12 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years in a management role
• Proven experience in leading account management or client-facing teams
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations and renewals
• Strong financial understanding and acumen
• Established ability to lead across functions in a matrixed organization
