Direct Support Staff – Group Homes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing and facilitating the Activities of Daily Living for the residents.

• Areas of responsibility encompass, but are not limited to: Documentation, Behavioral Intervention, Teaching Daily Living Skills, Supervision, Social Interactions, Communication, Home Maintenance, Interpersonal Relationship Skills, and Transportation for appointments and outings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Passionate about assisting others in a positive way.

• Possess empathy and active listening skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

• Strong teamwork abilities.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

• Diploma/GED preferred, but not mandatory.

• The chosen candidate must pass a MN DHS Background Study.
