Direct Support Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily living skills, personal grooming, meal preparation, personal care, and medication management.

• Support individuals in their activities, community outings, and skill development.

• Foster independence and respect in every interaction.

• Record daily notes, training progress, and updates in Therap.

• Relay important information to supervisors and team members.

• Adhere to safety, infection control, and agency protocols.

• Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and foster positive interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver)

• Valid driver’s license and Social Security number required

• Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills

• Must be able to pass necessary background and reference checks
