• Develop engaging copy for a variety of clients within the healthcare, home services, and charity sectors in both Canada and the USA.

• Create and enhance content for websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing campaigns, and blogs.

• Maintain clarity, persuasiveness, and consistency with each brand's unique voice.

• Operate from briefs that outline objectives, target audiences, messaging strategies, and success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists and designers.

• Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Refine content based on conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and user engagement metrics.

• Conduct research and utilize leading SEO and AI tools to enhance content production efficiency.

• Minimum C1-level proficiency in English.

• Over 3 years of practical experience as a copywriter and/or editor.

• Background in digital marketing, advertising, or SEO agencies is essential.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles.

• Proven ability to create compelling copy that prompts action and drives conversions.

• A passion for both writing and editing.

• Availability to work during Eastern Time hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Capability to provide at least 5 hours of work overlap.
