This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs related to digital transformation, organizational change, technology adoption, and the practical elements of transformation processes.

• Analyze AI responses for operational precision, feasibility, and adherence to real-world standards.

• Develop realistic digital transformation scenarios based on your extensive professional background.

• Generate scenario variations from various viewpoints (e.g., transformation manager, client, stakeholder, or vendor).

• Spot gaps, oversights, or weaknesses in the reasoning of AI-generated transformation content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior digital transformation manager with considerable professional experience in the EU or UK.

• Proven expertise in advising, planning, and implementing digital transformation strategies and initiatives.

• Proficient in assessing operational processes, requirements, and compliance.

• Capable of working independently while providing organized, critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt response times.
