Digital Transformation and Delivery Lead – Environmental Remediation Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital delivery for the remediation sector in the US West region.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the application of digital technologies.

• Determine resource requirements, timelines, and advantages for projects.

• Establish and update the digital strategy roadmap.

• Organize resources to facilitate project initiatives.

• Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Monitor and showcase outcomes and benefits achieved over time.

• Foster and sustain alignment among stakeholders, including leadership and project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience in digital delivery or a related area.

• Over 10 years of experience in digital strategy or transformation along with practical digital delivery (preferred).

• Practical experience in configuring and managing Smartsheet.

• Proficient in configuring solutions within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

• Knowledge of EQuIS and the Microsoft suite.

• Established capability to create a digital roadmap and prioritize projects effectively.

• Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI.

• Experience in environmental remediation, consulting, or management (preferred).
