📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine effective technology solutions.

• Assist in transforming genuine operational challenges into functional tools and workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges.

• Quickly create proofs of concept to validate hypotheses.

• Develop production-ready prototypes with a focus on reusability, security, maintainability, and scalability for the future.

• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, AI tool connectors, and various data sources.

• Document technical designs, integration strategies, lessons learned, and handoff requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation, integration, or AI-assisted workflow solutions.

• A determined and proactive builder who thrives in ambiguous situations.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement intelligent automation tools.

• Experience in creating automations within Salesforce Service Cloud using Salesforce Flow.

• Practical experience in developing and validating AI-enabled solutions utilizing Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.

• Experience in integrating various data or knowledge sources into internal tools.

• Capability to create lightweight internal user interfaces for prototypes.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of data security, identity management, entitlements, handling of PII, secrets management, and enterprise governance.
