Digital Solutions Manager – Coupa Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct Coupa-related initiatives, encompassing new implementations, upgrades, integrations, and various procurement projects.

• Ensure that projects meet the intended scope, budget, timeline, and quality, while adhering to the best practices and methodologies established by Connor Group.

• Manage multiple Coupa projects through all stages, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of Coupa and the capability to assess the effectiveness of business operations, identifying areas for enhancement.

• Propel process improvement efforts by collaborating with clients and Connor Group teams to define the problem statement, analyze processes and data, propose solutions and alternatives, and ensure alignment.

• Deliver on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to project team members.

• Engage in client business development activities, including attending meetings, preparing proposals, drafting statements of work, and developing project estimates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

• Coupa certifications, particularly the Coupa Core Implementation Specialist, are preferred.

• Over 5 years of direct experience in Coupa implementation, upgrades, and support.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Coupa cloud platform, including integration capabilities and data migration/conversion tools.

• Strong knowledge of essential financial processes such as Procure to Pay, Inventory, Record to Report, etc.

• Exceptional project management skills and experience.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.

• Self-driven with a desire to learn, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proven history of achieving results.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

• Experience with NetSuite and/or relevant certifications is a plus.
