This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Pipeline Development: Implement organized outbound sales strategies, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, to establish and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Comprehensive Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—discovery, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, and closing—to drive new business opportunities.
• Strategic Account Development: Formulate strategies for market penetration within targeted industries and global strategic accounts while fostering and maintaining essential customer relationships.
• Leadership in Business Development: Propel strategic initiatives that enhance market presence and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• MBA is highly preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software solution sales, with a solid grasp of B2B operations.
• Demonstrated success in achieving results as part of a larger sales team.
• Familiarity with the digital OT, ET, and IT ecosystem.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Client Managers, providing coaching to enhance their success.
• Strong capability to influence business units, teams, and resources that are not directly under your control.
• Exceptional executive presentation skills, with proven experience engaging with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and COOs.
• Option to choose between two medical plan options: a PPO plan known as the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) referred to as the High Deductible Plan.
