
Digital Program Manager – Platform Rebuild

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take ownership of the integrated program plan that encompasses the simultaneous rebuilds of both TMG and JLG platforms.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, and the critical path for each workstream.
• Recognize and manage risks and interdependencies associated with both builds.
• Conduct weekly program reviews with developers and communicate status updates to the CEO and CFO.
• Cultivate relationships with Shopify Plus implementation partners and middleware vendors.
• Oversee the Dynamics 365 and SAP integration workstream within the JLG build.
• Collaborate with editorial, commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate capturing and prioritization of platform requirements.
• Monitor the program budget across both workstreams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT or digital program management.
• Proven experience in managing concurrent platform builds or migrations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalents.
• Experience in managing remote, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Adequate technical knowledge to manage developers with credibility.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM integration projects.
• Understanding of headless CMS architecture and the landscape of publishing platforms.
• Experience in digital media, publishing, or e-commerce platform settings.
