Digital Production Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and launch sponsored email newsletters utilizing email marketing platforms like Sailthru.

• Manage and publish sponsored content on WordPress.

• Execute fundamental Ad Operations responsibilities within Google Ad Manager.

• Oversee and handle the Digital team inbox.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to gather necessary assets and campaign materials.

• Monitor project requests and ensure the timely delivery of outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with a customized AI agent that oversees inbox requests and workflows.

• Assist in the training and enhancement of the AI agent’s tagging and response precision.

• Provide support for digital campaign execution and reporting as required.

• Keep accurate records and documentation of digital production processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Experienced in using WordPress.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• High attention to detail with the capacity to manage various priorities.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Sailthru, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Google Ad Manager.

• Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok.

• Insight into sponsored content, digital advertising, and online marketing practices.

• Experience with AI-driven tools or workflow automation systems.
