• Act as the primary representative for TMS.
• Establish the product vision and roadmap for the TMS, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.
• Analyze market trends in translation technology to identify innovative opportunities within the TMS.
• Set priorities and approve work produced by cross-functional teams, ensuring the optimal implementation of the TMS.
• Address product-related challenges, make informed decisions, and conduct trade-off analyses to maintain progress towards deliverable commitments.
• Have a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end customer experience integration and its dependencies.
• Create and track functional KPIs to report outcomes and guide future strategies.
• Oversee development and release management for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project management during the visioning and concept development of features, considering budget and resource limitations.
• Organize discovery meetings with stakeholders, technical leads, and other product managers to refine concepts and build functional requirements.
• Outline scope and define backlog items (capabilities/epics/user stories) that direct the development team utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Manage functional and data dependencies with other digital product managers.
• Participate in regular stand-up, grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Consistently communicate development progress to management and stakeholders.
• Engage in sprint testing to validate features and gather feedback for ongoing enhancement.
• Drive UAT test cases and defects to resolution in partnership with the development team.
• Represent the team during release cutover, go-live, and sign-off processes.
• Take part in stabilization efforts to monitor defect statuses and transfer unresolved issues to the backlog.
• Maintain a suitably prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 4+ years of practical experience as a Product Manager for a digital product, platform, or SaaS solution (not limited to localization or TMS).
• Proven ownership of product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release lifecycle in an Agile setting.
• Experience in translating business and user needs into product requirements, prioritizing features, and making trade-off decisions.
• Established record of collaborating with IT, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver new product features or enhancements.
• Preferred: Experience in launching new digital products or significant features from concept to go-live.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management, business case development, and product strategy.
