Digital Product Manager, Cloud Platform – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and articulate the vision and strategy for digital products.

• Conduct user and market research to pinpoint trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative digital products.

• Create and consistently maintain a product roadmap that aligns with both business objectives and customer needs.

• Partner with the Digital Product team to write and refine stories, prioritize tasks, and manage the backlog effectively.

• Establish product performance metrics and monitor outcomes using analytics tools to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Relay product progress and updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Efficiently manage product budgets and resources.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of development processes, human-centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide product decisions.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in problem-solving and creativity in developing solutions.

• Preferred experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions.

• Preferred product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.

• 7+ years of product management experience is highly desirable.
