This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to facilitate the onboarding of new divisions and products into the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Foster relationships with divisional and business unit subject matter experts as well as product content specialists (PCS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance data models and attribution for new products and acquisitions.
• Assist in the ideation, development, and training aspects of digital service solutions.
• Oversee governance operational processes, including handling Service Desk requests.
• Execute governance requests to support the OneAgilent omnichannel data model.
• Propel continuous initiatives aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of PIM.
• Create and manage user documentation, including operational and governance process flows, as well as user playbooks.
• Establish and maintain import/export data feeds and reporting mechanisms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in PIM, data management, or a comparable role.
• Profound understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Familiarity with PIM systems and tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
