This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the daily performance of designated dealership accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.
• Track pacing, performance trends, and KPIs across various digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Perform regular audits to adhere to best practices and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Implement and suggest optimizations to boost lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall ROI.
• Act as a liaison for routine client communications and performance updates.
• Lead and support client calls focusing on digital performance assessments, insights, and next steps.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, reinforcing trust and transparency.
• Analyze performance data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Detect trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts, communicating insights to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in creating performance recaps and reports that link digital marketing efforts to business results.
• Identify and advocate for additional upsold solutions that will enhance performance for dealer clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain clear communication regarding account status, deliverables, and any performance-related risks or opportunities.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure successful campaign launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications are highly preferred.
