This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify areas for enhancing quality, optimizing efficiency, and implementing pathology imaging solutions.
• Obtain consensus and establish a clear strategy to meet customer requirements.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of digital pathology.
• Propel focused, sustainable enhancements and recommendations related to clinical, financial, and operational performance utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for benchmarking and sharing best practices in the industry.
• Assess customer workflows and devise plans to achieve objectives in digital pathology.
• Convey technical product details clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of experience in a sales position with clinical laboratories or pathology accounts within the designated territory.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong comprehension of the U.S. healthcare system and the purchasing processes of commercial laboratories.
• Exceptional executive-level presentation skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in identifying target accounts, prospecting, and overseeing the complete sales cycle.
• A consultative approach to sales.
• Capability to devise innovative strategies for closing deals.
• Proficient in contributing to and managing the proposal and contracting process.
• Extensive knowledge of the digital pathology industry and its competitors, as well as an existing network of key decision-makers.
