This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Implement a values-driven and data-informed digital organizing strategy to recruit, train, and mobilize remote volunteers for voter outreach and engagement objectives in critical 2026 races and states.
• Conduct regular voter outreach campaigns, which include data requests, drafting materials, quality assurance, campaign launches, debriefing sessions, and follow-up cleanup.
• Create and refine training manuals, memos, templates, and toolkits for volunteers engaging in direct voter contact through email, phone, text, Slack, and other communication platforms.
• Facilitate training sessions or workshops and mentor volunteers before, during, or after their shifts.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteer leaders.
• Collect regular data metrics and compose qualitative and quantitative reports on the impact of direct voter contact efforts.
• Act as a digital community manager and administrator.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Proven experience in field or digital roles within political campaigns, training volunteers, or managing and expanding active online communities.
• Outstanding writing, copyediting, and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and positively influence team outcomes.
• Experience in growing and managing digital volunteer teams is preferred as an additional qualification.
• Experience in leading digital training sessions and/or events is preferred as an additional qualification.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is preferred as an additional qualification.
• Familiarity with administering and managing peer-to-peer texting or phone banking campaigns on platforms such as Scale to Win, ThruText, Spoke, ThruTalk, VPBConnect, or similar is preferred as an additional qualification.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred as an additional qualification.
