This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise and manage the daily functions of the digital workforce utilizing the Blue Prism application.
• Diagnose and resolve issues faced by digital workers and their workflows, identify suitable corrective measures, and evaluate the impact of these actions on other IT processes and personnel.
• Organize automated work schedules, streamline workflows, and allocate resources to guarantee all tasks are executed accurately and promptly within the department.
• Continuously assess operational procedures to ensure adherence to best practices that meet departmental objectives for productivity, cost efficiency, and accuracy.
• Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to IT leadership and executives.
• Propose ongoing enhancements to processes and strategies using data analytics; identify successful measures and implement corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert for end users within business units; deliver training and support related to robotic process automation.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Initiate, escalate, and assign tickets to development teams as necessary.
• Track service levels to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
• May receive training and engage in RPA coding modifications, updates, and enhancements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Experience with an RPA application is essential (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath).
• Familiarity with Blue Prism is preferred.
• Prior experience in systems administration is advantageous.
• SQL proficiency is preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to interact with associates at all levels, including business unit leaders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Competence in scheduling processes, monitoring resources, and documenting issues.
• Capability to articulate issues to a Blue Prism expert and accurately follow instructions.
• A fundamental understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act swiftly and effectively.
