• Provide daily execution support for enterprise initiatives, which includes tracking post-implementation tasks, identifying bottlenecks, and managing dependencies.
• Facilitate follow-ups with IT, Compliance, Operations, and PM regarding assigned workstreams.
• Aid in user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and coordination of rollouts.
• Regularly monitor and review data loss prevention reporting and dashboards.
• Conduct initial triage of alerts to distinguish between false positives and actionable events.
• Analyze patterns and trends related to data management and document movement.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for approved file-sharing, encryption, and secure collaboration processes.
• Support the implementation and ongoing upkeep of secure file-handling solutions in partnership with IT.
• Act as a support resource for authorized AI tools.
• Help create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Keep a centralized AI knowledge repository on SharePoint.
• 2-3 years of pertinent experience in project coordination, operations, data analysis, compliance support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to interpret technical information and convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in tracking and coordinating efforts among multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, Compliance, Operations) with proven follow-through on tasks and deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Excel, with hands-on experience supporting business processes.
