Digital Operations, Associate Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Analyze technical requirements and offer insights on testing strategies and deployed content.

• Participate in design meetings to grasp technology needs and formulate testing solutions.

• Oversee test planning, documentation, execution, error reporting, analysis, and verification of errors.

• Work together with Digital and business testing teams to facilitate quality and acceptance testing.

• Carry out regression testing following established control guidelines.

• Provide support for existing business applications, conduct end-user training, and maintain documentation.

• Follow the software development life cycle methodology and adhere to internal change-management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.

• 2–5 years of prior experience in technology testing or a comparable field.

• Prior experience in Clinical Trials is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with JIRA, SDLC, and AI platforms like ChatGPT.

• Experience in system testing with digital technology, including eCOA, is preferred.

• Proficiency in system testing and creation of test documentation, including scripts.

• Experience collaborating with IT developers on system improvements and new functionalities.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Quick adaptability to new concepts and software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to organize and clearly present information.

• Competence in conveying, receiving, and comprehending information and ideas with diverse groups.

• Capacity to work upright and stationary during standard working hours.

• Proficiency in using and learning standard office equipment and technology.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects or tasks.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
