Digital Nurse Practitioner – Evenings & Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to Galileo patients dealing with complex and chronic conditions through Galileo’s innovative app and technology.

• Offer compassionate and empathetic support to patients ranging from ages 0 to 100, including those with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health concerns.

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care via asynchronous text-based communication and synchronous video consultations.

• Engage with a diverse patient demographic.

• Efficiently address patient issues through resourcefulness and collaboration with team members.

• Participate in evening and weekend shifts, covering four-hour periods.

• Commit to at least two four-hour shifts each weekend alongside weekday hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.

• Familiarity with or a willingness to adapt to digital-first healthcare models, such as virtual medicine.

• Passion for innovative care models that combine evidence-based practices with creative solutions.

• High proficiency in utilizing technology and applications for delivering virtual care.

• Experience with proprietary clinician-patient platforms, Google Suite, and Slack.

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Active licensure in Texas, with the ability to secure additional state licenses.

• Proficiency in medical Spanish, encompassing both verbal and written communication.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• Minimum commitment of 14 hours per week, including at least two four-hour weekend shifts.
