Digital Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Design and produce captivating motion graphics for various video outputs (Digital Programs, Social Media Videos, Stills, Infographics, etc.).

• Prepare, conceptualize, and layout designs for motion graphic projects.

• Create and deliver motion graphics across multiple platforms including web and mobile.

• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to grasp project scope and objectives.

• Assist in selecting images, audio, video, colors, animations, and other elements for graphic design.

• Work alongside editors, producers, and other designers to address technical or design challenges.

• Edit raw video content and incorporate effects and elements to enhance motion graphics.

• Research and evaluate effective design techniques and solutions for creating motion graphics.

• Maintain and adhere to best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.

• Integrate new technologies and tools (e.g., AI, data visualizations, live streaming innovations) to enhance content quality and optimize production workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Animation.

• Strong creative thinking and visualization skills.

• Excellent visual communication abilities to convey ideas and information in a multimedia context, complemented by strong IT skills.

• Outstanding creative flair and an innovative mindset towards all design projects.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in design and image manipulation software.

• Team-oriented skills, as most projects require collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Commitment to self-development to remain current with rapidly evolving trends.

• Professional demeanor regarding time management, costs, and deadlines.

• Proficient in software: Adobe Suite (including Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Animate).
