This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop, implement, and refine digital media strategies that enable clients to meet their business goals.
• Carry out daily media purchasing tasks, which include setting up campaigns, targeting audiences, conducting keyword research, managing budgets, adjusting bids, testing, and optimizing across digital advertising platforms.
• Design and execute strategies for digital media campaigns spanning search (SEM), display advertising, social media, and video marketing channels.
• Allocate and oversee budgets for various campaigns, optimizing expenditures to enhance ROI.
• Utilize financial expertise for budgeting, projections, revenue metrics, and assist with media billing processes.
• Analyze market data to pinpoint target audiences, ensuring campaigns are customized to reach the appropriate demographics.
• Monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance using platform metrics and analytics tools, making data-informed decisions to enhance results and advance strategy.
• Discover opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and growth within digital campaigns.
• Manage both internal and external client expectations while ensuring that deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media strategy aligns with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Keep updated on digital media trends, platform changes, industry developments, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing strategy across digital media.
• Required experience on agency or client-side digital marketing; agency experience is preferred.
• Proficient in managing digital campaigns across various media channels.
• Strong grasp of campaign budgeting, projections, and revenue metrics.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar digital advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like monday.com or equivalent.
• Capability to analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• An inquisitive and creative mindset with a passion for marketing, culture, and emerging trends.
• Strategic thinking across the full marketing spectrum, with a solid understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media throughout the customer journey.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a readiness to take initiative.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
• Co-op experience is an advantage.
• Capability to work efficiently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
