This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Growth Leads to act as a strategic advisor for clients, providing insights, performance narratives, and forward-looking recommendations during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Proactively identify opportunities for channel expansion and innovative testing to ensure clients remain at the forefront of industry changes.
• Convert complex performance data into compelling narratives that are easily understandable and actionable for executive audiences.
• Oversee day-to-day strategy for integrated media plans across various platforms including Paid Search (SA360), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and Programmatic (DV360, CM360, Amazon, TTD).
• Manage media forecasting, annual planning, and budget distribution, focusing on funnel-stage attribution, lead quality, and business outcomes.
• Transform sales and marketing objectives into distinct paid media strategies that align with buying stages, personas, and account segments.
• Collaborate with the Solutions and Sales Enablement teams to facilitate closed-loop measurement, attribution methodologies, and dashboards linked to business results.
• Develop executive-ready performance narratives that correlate media inputs with consumer journey impacts and present findings to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and revenue leaders.
• Spot opportunities for channel expansion, creative experiments, and new tactics to enhance relevance and performance throughout the buying journey.
• Partner with measurement and research teams to provide industry insights and pertinent performance-based updates.
• Over 3 years of digital marketing experience emphasizing multichannel and performance strategy.
• Strategic knowledge of key advertising platforms (CM360, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, leading DSPs) and planning tools (MRI Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact).
• Proficient in media forecasting, multi-touch attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and converting CRM data/sales metrics into actionable media insights.
• Experience in developing personas, segmentation models, first-party data activation, and comprehensive journey mapping.
• A "communication expert" recognized for enhancing clarity and storytelling in complex situations, with comfort in presenting to executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree.
